8 May ...

Saturday, Janette drove me down to the Richmond, VA area where my sisters and I met up.

Me, Middle, Little
Heather, the middle sister, drove down from Pennsylvania, and Kat, our little sister, lived in the area.

We shopped (because that's what we do!) at a few stores I'd never been to before before going to dinner with Kat's husband, Luke.  Unfortunately, her son, Jordon, stayed home sick with allergies.

After too much pasta and laughter, Luke went back to their apartment and we hit the hotel jacuzzi we were staying at for the weekend, followed by Trader Joe's junk food, more talking, sharing photos on our phones, and lots more laughter.  Plans were made for the following day to go to two museums, and the lights were out much later than I normally go to bed.

 But no regrets. Ever.

I'm writing as part of my commitment to the American Cancer Society to write for 30 minutes a day in May.
